Thanksgiving 2017

Hey all, we're less than one week away from this year's Thanksgiving. For those who don't know, it's a time of year where families and/or close friends come together to spend some time with each other and remind others of what they're thankful for.

My question to you all, no matter if you celebrate this holiday or not, what are you thankful for? It could be as simple as having heat in your home, or a loving and caring family.

Personally, I'm thankful for my family and everything they've done for me. I would not be the person I am today without them. They've cared for me, provided for me, and given me a whole lot of awesome memories.

So, what about you?

 

I'm thankful for all the wonderful friends I've made this year. On and off the server.
Some being people I never thought I could ever be friends with but they're my best friends now <3

I won't name them but they know who they are :)

 

I'm thankful for the food

 

so thankful to be surrounded by friends who love & support me no matter what i do. thankful for my family who mean the absolute world to me (:

also HOW FRUCKING DARE YOU THANKSGIVING WAS IN OCTOBER

 

I'm thankful for my friends, family, and my idols being okay and returning to their families as well. I'm just thankful for the happiness I have left :)

 

I'm thankful for the hard work my mom puts in every single day to parent my siblings and I as a mother and father. She's an amazing, strong women and works diligently regardless of her health setbacks. Without her, I would be nowhere near to who I am today. I'm also thankful for my siblings, who have followed the same path I've been riding through, dealt with the same potholes, and took care of me when I needed it the most. They're the ones who never disregarded my feelings or my mental health. My siblings have continuously allowed me to piggyback ride my way through life. I'm thankful for my best friend, who although I haven't physically seen for three years, has done the most for me out of any friend I've ever had. She's put myself above her too many times. She's given me tough, unbiased advice whenever I need it, even though it may hurt. She's always been honest with me and respectful to my culture. I'm so very thankful for my cousins. I'm really lucky that they live so close to me. These 3 particular cousins are the ones I am closest with, and they're one of the few who are actually in my age group. They let me open up to them, are accepting of my sexuality, and they hang out with me for long periods of time when I need it. I love sleeping over at my cousin's apartment and binge-watching Netflix. I'll play truth or dare with the two elder ones and then have some girl time with the elder sister. I'm so very thankful of the amazing memories I've created with them and I'm excited to have my annual Thanksgiving dinner with them next week.

 

The thing I am thankful for is my Family and friends that have supported me throughout my life. I don't know what I would do without them, I love them more than anything in the world. I am also thankful for the life I have because of them. :)

 

I'm thankful for so many things, but especially the ones I personally didn't deserve. I'm thankful that I can live in a house with my family, that we have food and a warm bed. That we don't have to worry about our future as much as others have to. (:

 

I'm so very thankful for everything I've been blessed with and the opportunities I've received. I'm thankful to be alive today and I'm thankful that even though struggles have been thrown my way, I'm living an amazing life with amazing people. I wouldn't be here without my family and all of the many things they do for me to make sure that I have the things I need, some of the things that I cannot life without, and for always being there for me when I need them. They continue to provide for me every single day. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for them. They're amazing and I've been truly blessed with such caring and dedicated people that I'm beyond proud to call my family.

I'm also thankful for the friends that I've met overtime online and offline that will always be there for me and are so, so, so much more than just loyal. I'm thankful that I get to laugh and play around with them, and I cherish every moment I'm given with them.

I'm so thankful for our military and their hard work, so that I get to live freely in America with my family and friends. They work so hard to protect our freedom and without them things would be so tough. They make everything possible.

 

I am thankful for everyone who cares about me and I care for everyone.

 

Thankful for my family, the ones who care for me, fuel me, protect me, and love me. Thankful for my friends, who have helped me and still help me and bring me up when I feel down.

 

I'm thankful for a mom who lets me lean on her shoulder whenever I need to.
I'm thankful for a mom who lets me pursue what I want and she will support me no matter if she agrees or not.
I'm thankful for a mom who cares for me like no other person can.
