Minecraft "We are proud in our AntiCheat"

So, what are you guy's thoughts on Watchdog? If you don't know Watchdog is Hypixel's anticheat. I personally absolutely do not like Watchdog. It never seems to ban the players who are actually hacking and I feel that physical Staff members coming to the reports are the best option. They should keep watchdog for a regular anticheat, but maybe instead of /watchdogreport maybe add a /staffreport because I feel that actually Staff members are the best. But, that is just my opinion, and I want to hear everyone else's opinions so please reply down below what you think

Watch dog has only banned one player for me. Tbh, our anti-cheat does a better job (although it does make mistakes, but so does watchdog).

 

Lots of times when I report hackers, they are already banned by the anti-cheat.

 

Maybe because if you want to see (An actual hacker get banned) you must do
/wdr <PlayerName> <Reason: Killlaura, Antikb, Autoclicker Etc...>
This will put the watchdog on that player. If that player is using some sort of cheat that isn't allowed and the Watchdog spots it it's game over for that person.

The real truth is that i like watch dog, its more efficent than the staff on hypixel (No hard feelings M8) It has helped me getting someone banned about 4 times!

My 'Krewlex' account is banned on Hypixel. No real idea why, and it's permanent. Somehow I was using a blacklisted mod. I have no idea when the ban was placed, and I only regained access to this account back in.. late August I think? I'm pretty sure I had forgotten the info for it, rather than it being hacked, as the skin and other information was supposedly the same as before. So thaaaaankkkksssss to theeemmmm.

 

Anti-cheat has banned me from Mineplex and Hypixel and I haven't hacked or modded on either server ever.

but watchdog sucks, that's for sure.

 

Hypixel fakes its numbers when it says how many players it has banned. If those messages were true, then they would barely be averaging 30k+ players. They try their best to make watchdog a self-reliant robot anticheat but they'll probably never understand that it's near impossible to make something good out of that. It used to be too hard on hacks, but now there are blatant KA users and Bhoppers that can go 20-30 minutes of hacking without being banned unless they are reported by a player on their forums.

 

The only good thing about Watchdog is its name, which sounds sick.
