No, actually, a lot of staff members are new to the experience, like me. I didn't know anything at all, but I was with open-arms to learn new things.
But chances are improved though. Also they need people to trust not just random people who apply. Not sure if I am correct but that's my thought
Some server experience is nice, I agree, I wouldn't see myself recruiting people with 2 weeks of experience VS someone with 2 years of experience.
but what do you mean "2 years later i was the only one accepted," more staff were accepted during that period of time so i dont know what you're on about plus that other paragraph doesnt explain dog shit about this
Getting staff isn't about some metaphorical word, it's about being a respectful and a nice person. You keep making things that aren't very important a big deal. An LGBT event on Minecraft, a thread about how you got staff, putting a label on your forums name. The truth is none of this matters and it isn't necessary for the community. We should be focusing on what mini games to add or hackers being banned not some real life crap that no one wants to listen too. People play Minecraft to escape the world's issues, not to be reminded of them. Making stuff like this just doesn't do any good for anyone. I know you are going to think this is harsh but get real man.
