1 Year As Staff

As you all know, I've hit my 1 year mark as being a staff member, also congrats to @MC_Scout and @Dest (who sadly resigned).

Being promoted was at first really scary. I didn't want to mess up ya know (even tho most people do). I was 14 at the time and, well, being promoted at that age, I thought that was kinda stupid of myself. Back then I was a different person, I was pretty immature, was really insecure about everything I did and doubted myself a lot.

Being staff was a big difference, I received some big responsibilities which was pretty scary. Being helper was honestly amazing. I love helping people and receiving kind messages from time to time is amazing.

Those kinds of messages still keep me going. And I'm not the only one who feels that way. So thank you all for that, it means a lot to me.

When I got mod after two months, I took it a lot easier. I was keeping up a record for never being reported on the staff abuse section since I was a mod (which later failed due to someone reporting me for kicking even tho it was the AC). Being mod was, of course, a bit scary at first but also really nice. I liked it.

Throughout this time, I have changed a lot. I know people always say: ''Omg they got staff they're going to change!!!'' well of course they are?! But the kind of change that they mention is wrong. People might change, but they will be more realistic, more mature. If I look back on myself a year ago, then I think I have made my mistakes, but I got up again. I used to be small but I've grown a lot.

I would like to mention some people before I finish this:

@MrDeathWilliam: Thank you for even considering me, thank you, really. I never thought I would get accepted and this year has been amazing. All the people I've met, all the people I helped, it makes me happy. Thank you for everything Willy.

@Xenon: Thank you for supporting me the last couple months, you know I've been having a hard time and you were there for me. Thank you, it means a lot to me. And I'll always be there for you as well (:

@Ezzerland: Thank you for helping me out. You're such an awesome guy to talk to. You've helped me out with a couple of (really important) things and I'm really thankful for that.

@Left4Lag @matrizzle @Lone @OfficerKebab @Joeyy: Wow, why did I tag you? Well I wanted to thank you guys for basically being the best people I've ever met. You guys always make my day a hundred times better, and I hope I do the same for you all too. You really do mean a lot to me and without you all I wouldn't be here.

And ofc, the whole staff team: You guys are incredible. You all mean a lot to me, even tho it might not always seem like it! You guys make me feel welcome and that's really important! Thank you so much everyone <3

So, thank you all so much for supporting me. Thank you, even tho it might not always seem like it, I love this community with all my heart.

I'm surprised I made it into the thread, because of uhh, things. Honestly though, thanks for in the end encouraging me to apply. And of course, eventually getting to where I am today as a mod. Thanks for the support during the time, and being a friend I can talk to, be it through the good times or the shit times.
