Unable to Duplicate Books (Creative)

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Creative servers.

    Detailed description of bug: If you click the scrolling button, you can duplicate most items. However, when you click a book that is either published or enchanted, the message "You do not have permission for minecraft:written_book." comes up.

    (You can see it eventually sorts itself out, but this can be frustrating and confusing for other players.)
