Oh boy Willy, the community can say you are a great Co-Owner, greater than the other ones from different server. I understand the struggle that you've been handling in life. We all struggle and I can surely say the other staff members have experienced. Literally you have the ability as a leader, to guide like how you guide the entire staff team and respond to unexpected trouble that we encounter as a team. Activity isn't really a big problem, as long as you are dedicated to be the Co-Owner of this server, that what counts in my book of being a great staff. If you ever think of resigning, I understand but the community wants you to stay. Your service is extraordinary that we appreciate always.

I'm gonna be honest, I seriously hope that everything works out in the end, you're really one of the best people I've met on the staff team. I know it's sounds all cliche to express sympathy but honestly, you were the one who even started my current time as staff out. Something I am extremely greatful for. Without your presence on the staff team, it would be a very strange place, and lose a bit of the tinge it has at the minute. So seriously, hope everything goes well, and good luck.

Dude. You are a great staff member, we don't want you to resign. But it's your choice, we can't all stay on computers all the time. We all need to focus on our lives in the real world. Choose whatever choice you prefer to do. It's your life. It's a good idea to take time to figure out what you want to do. It's hard, but you will get through it.

 

All I'm going to say, is that this shit just hit another level.

I'm upset that I joined the team when I didn't have you to engage with. I hope you come back, we need you back bruh. But you need to set your priorities straight.

I can't say I didn't see this coming, at all.. I knew at some point, that your real life would start to affect your J&H life, it was literally just a matter of time before it happened. You're a grown up, starting to get more and more responsibilities everyday, and those responsibilities being brand new, they'll just overwhelm the living shit out of you, and it'll be hard to get back to your old self.

Do you my man, do you.. that's all I can say.

Your dedication to the server over the 4 years, has been astronomical wooo big words!! and will never be forgotten. You put forth your time, and your patients with each and every person, well, you can lose your cool sometimes but hey.. we're all only human right? Well.. most of us are human.

I enjoyed working with you when I did work here, we had a lot in common actually.. we had long conversations about.. a lot of things, and how you were right about things, and you were trying to get me to tell you "you were right" and apologize for not believing your. ;-;

Enjoy your life, you only got 1. I can't tell you how you should live it, or what you should do, but I can say that which ever path you choose, I'll be right behind you to back you up. You'll always be my friend, and in time of need, I'll try my hardest to be there.

You are one of the best staff members in my opinion. It would be a shame to see you go, but whatever you decide to do, myself and probably the rest of the IJAH network will support you.

 

You told me that you were busy when I was getting promoted, and I got a tad triggered, but I understand that school life/real life is more important than this Minecraft "reality". I've always looked up to you, and I hope you become active again, we need you for the little time we will still have with you.

IRL is more important than Minecraft, if you want to resign, it's up to you. You make the choice. But what happens in the future, we all from the community wish you the best of luck in the future. You have help the server greatly.

 

You've done so much to better this community and all I can say is thank you. You will be missed if you resign.

You are a great co-owner and everybody know you're amazing and talented.

Of course, you are stressed if you got so many stuff to handle in your life. You shouldn't everything is fixed and you've got spare time on your ha seriously take a big break and focus on more important stuff such as life. And then maybe consider helping the server. Without you and the admins the staff team wouldn't be any better than it already is.

I'll agree if you resign because you've been with the server for so many years but I don't want you to resign as well. There is nobody stopping you from leaving but if you do leave the staff team would get a bit more hectic but admins would probably sort that thing out. Just to say that if you resign and people start hating on you that you are leaving then I'll not be hating and stick with your side for helping the server grow.
Still, you should take a break. Like leave the server for a couple of months and when your life is up then return to the server. This is just my opinion you aren't gonna get any work done if you are really busy.

I've never really crossed paths with you, but what you've done to the server is extremely noticeable. Like you once said to Jerry, "most of your server was built by me". I hope you can sort everything out in your life and somehow make a full comeback to the server. Every sandwitch needs its

well willy, you were the first admin on the server i've ever saw which was a few years ago. I don't have much to say but all i know is that if you were to resign at any point, you have to promise us that you will return later!
