This post is more directed for the forums, and not really towards the server.
    You will see why.

Nobody should feel unsafe, or "scared" (to some extent) to post ANYTHING on the forums.
    Yes, that's a stretch.
I don't think anyone should feel like they're threatened to post anything about themselves, and luckily a friend of mine has raised this matter to me.
It may not be happening to me, or you for that matter, but that's not the problem.
The problem is people are feeling scared to post something about themselves, and it's horrible.
I will not point fingers because that is childish. However, this cannot be tolerated.

If you feel threatened to post something on the forums (or even the server) because of someone or something, it's something you want to raise awareness about.
This is especially evident on the server. People are absolute barbarians on the server, and don't respect each other. It's sickening.
I am sick of people on Creative One harassing people; i'll provide some examples.
"RP's are cancer.", "lmao kys.", "you're trash!"
And those are just the most commonly used ones.
I want to point out the "RP's are cancer.".
I see it all the time, and I am sick of it. I have pointed it out before, and I will point it out again. Let the people have their freedom, have their fun. Who are you to say people can't be themselves? People come to the server to play and have fun with either it's friends or to make friends, it doesn't matter, it doesn't suddenly allow you to be obscene. Once again, it's sickening.

I've also seen staff harassed... because they're doing their jobs. @AcowstickJoey has already pointed this out in his thread in General Discussion. It's brilliant, and you should really check it out for a more in-depth explanation.
Staff is being told "they're different" after becoming staff, which is completely untrue, as Joey pointed out, it's practically the same and even though "they have to be more mature", they still have "laughs".

I've seen people reach out to me to tell me "Hey, I am not feeling safe to post on the server." (an example of a message I have received on the server.)
I can't do anything about it, because when I confront the person, they think I am a vulgar person, even though they evidently are. They make fun of you for standing up for someone. I am so done. This needs to be more obvious, that it's a real issue, and it's happening in front of our eyes, and nobody is doing anything about it.
    Why? I don't know. I wish I knew because it's crude.

Anyways, those are just my thoughts on this topic.

Exactly. People can hate roleplays, but you can't stop other people from doing what they like to do.

Honestly, you're correct. It is sickening to see other players judging others on how good they build. C1 is all about fun.

(First, you may want to align left because that was a difficult read with it centered.)

I talk to a lot of people and I've never heard someone say they don't feel safe posting on the forums. There are a lot of toxic players in this server and that is just because of the player volume. It confuses me that someone is okay enough to play on the server but not okay enough to post on the forums which is by far much more tame. IMO the forums are much easier to deal with from a staffing perspective as well.

Bottom line, in this day and age there will be people who are trolls, jerks, bullies. You shouldn't be afraid of what might happen because if you live like that you'll never do anything.

You have to look past the greater majority to see the people that are scared to post.

I don't see a lot of "mean" people on the forums that much honestly, but if I do, I can obviously deal with them so they don't harass other people.
But really, I see no reason to be scared to say anything on the forums or the server. It's the internet, sure you might get harassed, called names, etc. That's why there are staff. Do whatever you want (as long as it's within the rules) and if someone harasses you just report them to a staff member.

As for the people saying "you've changed" after you get staff, I've experienced that a few times and it is kind of frustrating but then again it's kind of true, for me at least. I don't know why people liked me at all before I was staff tbh I was pretty rude and toxic, so I'm personally happy that I changed since I can at least try now to make this just a little bit better. I somewhat agree that the person changes a little bit, but it shouldn't be enough to end a friendship over. People get mad over this, but instead of talking to the person and working things out they just bash them in public chat, /fr, or on the forums. That's immature and if you're going to do that, then you're not worth my time anyways.

But yeah, don't be scared to post anything or speak your mind. I only ask that you keep what you say within the rules lol. G'bye now :)

I honestly don't think major action will happen, but it could be useful for them to bring it to everyones attention.

I don't see why people would want to threaten someone for posting a reply/thread/comment in the forums. Technically it can be warnable if it is harassment. Rules are applied to make the server more a bit child friendly or sociable. Its common to have alot of toxic players in the server, but that's where the staff comes in.

Staff members will always help you out especially J&H staff. There's no fear to post things just because of other people's opinion or type of harassment, you can always report them (Pretty much why they made the report section private, for some players to stop try to harass for reporting). Harassment towards staff shouldn't be a problem since they can rightfully punish as it is within the rules. They got the loves too ;).

If you feel scared to post something, you shouldn't since you are allowed to post anything (including the rules here) as the server is to be fun. Ignore the nasty opinions as they're just salty people.

Creative 1 is indeed toxic in my experience but staff will be happy if you report them. Opinions can't affect on how you do in the server, have fun.

The thing is I spend most of my time just talking to people and not just my kids friends. I don't really play much here, I just talk to people. Given the amount of kids I talk to on a regular basis, this is not something I have come across.

Yep, 100% true. You've got a few types of players on c1.

    1. Staff
    2. Casuals
    3. All-chatters
    4. Role players
    5. Toxic folk who try start a fight.
    6. People who talk about how bad a staff member is and then shut up when one of the members of staff or that staff member comes on.
    100% True once again.
As said in the thread, staff undergo quite a lot of abuse as well. But that'snot the topic.

Anyways, fantastic message, and it would be cool if people were more aware of this.

I think you mean SB1 because all of the other Skyblock servers have like 0 activity in all chat.

"Toxic" is a word I am new to, so it's good to know that a lot of the people I know that are talking in chat are being "toxic."
