What's this worst thing that has happened to you in (public) schools?

Well its not really school, but school related:
I go to school on my bike and have to cross a channel with the ferry. It takes about 7 minutes for it to cross. Once a teacher also had to go on the ferry and started talking to me. Unfortunately, we ran out of things to talk about so we had an awkward silence for about 6 minutes. It was horrible.

 

I don't know how you can not be allowed to use the bathroom in school. That's awful.

 

6 minutes is a long time

 

One time in my 4th grade, we did a bike trip to the Lighthouse to have pizza, it's a end of the school year thing, I wasn't paying attention and I ended up going the wrong way where the group was. They finally realized I was gone when they finished the pizza. So they had to call the cops to try and find me, when they found me, there was no pizza left for me. Then I ended up riding in a police car back to my school and got detention. Then on the last day at school where everyone got to get ice cream and other treats, I had to stay at school and do work. It was the worst thing that happened to me. In the end, the teachers and kids at my school treat me like crap, nice how kids can be.

 

We had indoor recess in third grade, I tripped on a desk and my pants fell down. My entire class (teacher included) saw my tic-tac.

I also really struggled with my own autism, therefore I got bullied during my time at middle & high school. I had little friends and wasn't popular at all. Luckily I got carried through those bad times, because of the few good friends I did have.

Things changed for me over time, especially when I entered college. Trust me, it will probably get better once you get older and you will come to understand more about stuff.

 

Same here, at the time me and my family had no idea I had autism until I was about ten years old. Some of my reactions were different compared to "normal" people so it was funny to mess with me. For my last year at elementary I switched to a different school and told the class I had autism and they tended to it. My disorder didn't get provoked as much anymore and I quickly started controlling it.

As of now when I tell people I have autism they never seemed to have realized at all, it has basically faded away to the point only me seem to notice the effects

 

I'm going to be very honest, I really don't remember anything embarrassing or traumatizing from my time in school as I got along pretty well with most of my schools faculty, but I'll try to see if I could find anything.

There was this one time when I was a sophomore in high school, it was an average day for me and I was just hanging out with my "friends". (I use the term friends very loosely here because they weren't really the best of people.) And we were walking on the campus when the school bell rang.

However it wasn't the normal bell that tells us to get moving to go to class, It was the Lockdown bell. My Campus supervisors yelled at everybody to get into a nearby classroom, I thought we were under attack, like say a madman breaking into the campus wielding some type of weapon, but really the reason why we went into lockdown was because there was some person running away from the police and they tried to get into the campus.

I ran across the fields screaming at kids to get inside, cause I was trying to save lives. But later on, I got a message from my teachers saying to go to our vice principals office. There I saw my mother and the Campus officer. The vice principal accused me of "Starting a Riot" when really I was trying to get people to safety, I thought that was a load of Bullshit to get me suspended so I tried to defend myself, I still however got suspended for the rest of the school week.

My mother was more lenient with me than the school was as she was the only one who actually believed me when I was saying I was trying to do the right thing.

And today, it's kind of a funny memory. That's possibly the only major thing I remember from school. Hopefully you guys could relate with me on this, but I thought I'd go ahead and share it with you guys. :)

Spoiler: Gym Story

So, we have gym every 8th period, which happens to be the last period of the day. I usually get on the bus or my mom's car sweating and disgusting. One day, we had to play this game called "Speed Ball." I don't want to explain it.
Well, my team won. So, Team 2 and 3 went against each other, while my team sat on the mats and waited. Me and my friend were sitting down on the mats, and we were bored af. She said to me, "Do you want to play truth or dare?"
"Sure."
So, I asked her "Truth or dare?" and she chose "truth."
Now, my turn.
"Truth or dare?" She asked.
"Dare!"
"I dare you to say that you like (not saying his real name) Liam!"
I didn't want to. Nope. Nopity-nope.
"You can punch me in the face! I don't want to do it!"
She didn't punch me.
Let me state that she has sharp, sharpity-sharp nails. So, she said, "I get to pinch you. For 5 seconds."
So, for 5 seconds I was trying not to scream in pain as she pretty much stabbed me with her nail.

Spoiler: Math Story

In 5th grade, we had this fractions homework. I hated fractions at the time. So, I did my homework. "Did my homework."
The next day, I came into class, got ready, sat down next to my friend. My teacher said, "Open your Workbook to page 150!"
I did.
He starting saying answers, which, I knew were correct. I stared at my work. We had 4 pages. Each with 2 questions. So, we had 8 questions in total. So far, so bad. I had gotten 1 page wrong.
Just on page, amirite?
Next page, got it all wrong.
Crap, this isn't going well.
Next page, got all the questions wrong.
Bruh.
Next page, nothing right.
*flips table* No.
No wonder I got such a bad grade on the test the next week!

Looking back at these, I'm still embarrassed as hell, so...

 

I fell 2 times in 1 hour in history class.






At least I didn't get detention

Update, this is for highscool, which happened on wednesday. I went to the bathroom, and I walk in their to see 8 kids getting high, and since I have done it before and they know me, I wasn't worried. Then the principal came in to see us all. IN therory, im not in in school suspension.

 

I attended public school...

Someone slipped weed into my bag and told a teacher I had drugs, it caused a whole scene and I almost got expelled. My ass was saved by another kid who saw the kid slip it in. I'm best friends with the kid who saved me, nice guy :)

 

You may know about this, but in 5th grade everyone in my class was the WORST at roasting (still are lolol). They'd make the stupidest jokes like "u look liek weed" then the other guy would say "ur actually weed" and the class would be like "OHHHHHHHHHHH"

They made fun of me for being bisexual for some reason, going all and about like "ROSE WILL MURDER US CAUSE SHES BI!!!" And all that stuff. I told my parents and they told the school and I got them in detention, so it at least had a happy ending.

 

so i was sweating a lot one time in class cause i had gym and i undid my fly on my pants cause i forgot my gym shorts to see if my underwear was all wet from gym and i forgot to do it so i walked in class late and everyone looked at my fly AND NO ONE TOLD ME IT WASN'T DONE SO I SPENT THE REST OF THE DAY WITH MY FLY UNDONE AND MY MOM NOTICED AND I DIED (im sorry if thats personal LMAO)

 

when i was still in public school (i'm taking online classes now) there was this girl that used to sit next to me and whenever the teacher wasn't looking/wasn't around she'd take the scissors from her desk and tried swinging them around my face attempting to cut me with them. of course the teachers didn't do anything but hey that's public school for you

 

This happened in a "private" school but since it's acted more as a public school, I'll put this here.

I was bullied for my whole school life in that school.
I remember very few good memories in that school, either from my love life or the people who stick out for me.
And I never stood up for myself because I believed that I can be better than them in the future and well,
the future looks bright for now.
