i think what they mean by "Blockrun" is the glitch where on your screen they appear to be sprinting and blocking with their sword at the same time, where on their screen they aren't.
For clarity: This is a visual glitch that basically makes other people think you are using the hack "No Slow" You appear to be blocking with your sword (or to have your bow pulled all the way back) and yet you are still moving at normal speeds (these actions normally slow you down). For some reason, opening the duel gui and closing it is not resetting these animations when the gui is closed.
I would also like to add that purposely doing this bug will result in a punishment, since acting like you're cheating is against our rules.
