İmportant 7 Skyblock Reset

We want SkyBlock to be reset Beacuse there are many reasons Firstly someone player Found Spawner Bug [ he received about 8000 spawner ] also There are a lot İsland so it is very lagging I think if Skyblock Reset
it could be a nicer place

 

if you reset skyblock farm does not stay so WE PLAY WİTHOUT LAGGİNG

 

I agree. Reset will be good for economy (spawners are too expensive) or new users.

reset huh? although it doesn't sound that bad of a suggestion but somewhat stupid at the same time. I understand that the spawners being duped and all was unfair and such but regardless let's break things down a lil shall we?

Spawners... what are they good for? farming resources are their purpose like food, although people have massive farms for money and gold. Let me tell you the objective of skyblock again, is it to see who can have the most money? or is it who have the best island in terms of looks and such? the answer is both. Meanwhile money is important in order to make your island look good, there really is no point having trillions and billions of dollars in skyblock apart from to brag in other people's faces. Oh and building an island out of diamond blocks? i think you got the wrong idea of skyblock honestly. It's not to make the richest island really so yea. I get that spawners are rare and such but in the end, everyone wants it mainly for the money I included but what's so good with money if you can never spend it all. In other words, spawners are great but there is a limit to how far you can go with them in skyblock.

Now back on skyblock reset.
Sure resetting skyblock will reduce lag but note this, the lag only occurs on skyblock 1 because it has the most players. If what @ItsJerry said was right, resetting skyblock wouldn't solve much and in fact would drive players away. And here is why:

1. farms that causes immense lag are mainly due to spawner farms. Back a few years ago, spawners weren't really useful so as such not much people used them. Up until recently they became useful thus the newer players all use them and build massive farms out of them. Out of all the skyblocks, majority of them dont have this lag machine because they are all inactive islands from a long time ago. My point is that resetting skyblock would only affect the new players. In other words, this lag wasn't really generated by players who quit skyblock, but players who are in the spawner generation. Resetting the skyblock would result in less lag at the start but won't be long before players starts to rebuild those lag farms.

2. The old players will not care if their island gets reseted since they already quit a long time ago. But for the players who are still playing, it will most likely affect them. The amount of time and effort they spent on their island will be wiped out. Unlike factions, players will expect a reset. Skyblock never resets and a sudden reset will drive them crazy. People spent countless amount of money for spawners both in game and in real life. Resetting everything would meant that everyone would start at the same level again, where no one can really help each other, where the market becomes more competitive. But the main problem is, who else would start playing again once their islands are deleted. Im sure some players wish for this to happen, but im also sure that the majority would not. Sure the economy is broken and such but in skyblock, the island are the most important thing. And unless something happens to those islands, i doubt there will be a reset because there really isn't a reason to.

3. Resetting skyblock means resetting the economy... but lets see what happens then. Out of all those rich players out there, there are quite a lot of players who are willing to help newer players such as providing them money and resources. Usually players will always help other players if they have more than what they need. Humans can be greedy but yet kind. In other words, despite the broken economy, it actually makes new player's experience more fun in skyblock. Anyone back in the days where money was hard to earn still around? those were the painful days where no one will really help you, not because they don't want to but it's just because they couldn't. Lets fix the economy and see what happens. Everyone will be back with $20 000, no one will help each other for quite a while and if anything the market of items becomes more competitive rather than friendly. For example, if someone came out of no where and is selling a stack of iron for $5000, people can afford it but they don't really care if other players buy it since they always have enough money to buy it from spawn anyways. But once the skyblock resets, everyone would try and buy that iron wouldn't they? there is no way they can afford that from spawn anymore. You may think its just iron, having an iron farm will fix it LOL. Yea well you aint wrong, but what if it isn't iron but something more valuable like spawn eggs or diamonds or dirt?

To summarise this, spawners being duped should not result in a reset as it has already been fixed and money isn't everything in skyblock anyways. Resetting to fix lag and to gain more players are also out of the question. Sure resetting will fix some lag but won't be long before players rebuild those massive farms again. And gaining more players from reset? YOU THINK THIS IS A PRISON SERVER? no, resetting skyblock will not gain more players, not that i can see anyways... If you think players are gone because of lag? think again, how much people will quit when their island are resetted?

 

If skyblock gonna to be reset the things that donators bought shold be given them again and it would be awesome.Thats sound good

Folow Reassons: "If J&H will be reset the skyblock". Players will being angry cuz they will be want items , spawners , moneys, more etc. also maybe they will leave the server
So its i think impossible.

I am agree with you.Skyblock need to reset.Because spawners amount is so big.I know staffs are closed the bug but spawners still stands.It need reset
